Detroit…The Detroit Red Wings will begin selling single-game tickets for the first two rounds of the 2010 Stanley Cup Playoffs at Joe Louis Arena this Saturday, March 27 at Noon. There’s nothing like the excitement of the playoff hockey at The Joe and once again, pricing for individual playoff tickets remain locked in at the same prices Wings fans enjoyed during both the 2008 Stanley Cup Championship run and the 2009 drive to Game 7 of the Finals.
The Wings are 8-2-1 since the Olympic break as they battle to extend their current streak of 18 consecutive playoff appearances, the longest in major professional sports. If the playoffs were to begin today, the Wings would open vs. the Chicago Blackhawks.
