Speedy defenseman Brett Lebda has chosen not to return to the Red Wings. Instead the free agent has signed a two year deal with Toronto. Lebda is seeking more ice time in Toronto and hopes to be a second line d-man.
Lebda has played 326 regular season games and 62 playoff games, all with Detroit.
