RED WINGS TRIM FOUR FROM TRAINING CAMP ROSTER
Detroit, MI… The Detroit Red Wings trimmed four players from its 33-man training camp roster: Justin Abdelkader, Cory Emmerton, Jan Mursak and Mattias Ritola. All four players were assigned to the Grand Rapids Griffins, Detroit’s American Hockey League affiliate. With the cuts, Detroit’s training camp roster stands at 29 players.
